An AI chatbot that qualifies your leads while you sleep
Your AI employee talks with every person who lands on your website, works out what they need and by when, saves their contact details and adds them to your lead pipeline. You get an email and take it from there.
What is an AI lead qualification chatbot?
It is an AI employee — an AI agent trained on your business's own information — that greets prospects, answers their questions and finds out whether they are a good fit before you step in. When someone leaves an email address or a phone number, it records them as a lead with what they are looking for, in their own words, along with their name and company if they mention them.
Most inquiries arrive when you cannot answer them: at night, on the weekend or in the middle of a meeting. A contact form collects them but answers nothing, and the prospect goes looking for someone who will reply. Your AI employee replies on the spot, handles the questions that already have an answer and leaves you an organized list of what needs a person.
How it qualifies
- It asks what they need, by when and whether they make the buying decision — one question at a time, never an interrogation. Those are the instructions in the Lead Qualifier template, and you change them by writing in plain language.
- It records the lead once the person leaves an email or a phone number and shows interest.
- It moves the lead through the pipeline when the conversation changes where it stands: to Qualified when it is a good fit, to Proposal once a price has been shared, always with the reason.
- It marks a lead Won or Lost only when the customer says so.
The questions are yours. If budget, location or group size matters to you, tell the AI employee in your own words and it works them into the conversation. What stays the same is the tone: a natural chat, not a form dressed up as one.
What you see
In your dashboard you have the lead pipeline with its stages: New, Contacted, Qualified, Proposal, Won and Lost. You get an email the first time each contact appears, and you can see how each AI employee is performing and export your leads. All of that is included on every plan, the free one too.
Every lead keeps the conversation that brought it in, so when you call you already know what they asked and what they were told. The reason for every stage change is written down, and if you disagree with the stage your AI employee picked, you move it yourself.
When someone wants to talk to a person
Your AI employee never pretends to be you. If someone asks to speak with a person, you get an email with their name, their email address and their message so you can follow up yourself. Nobody is left waiting for an answer that will never come, and you have the full context before you write back.
You can also tell it when to offer that contact — a large order, a complaint, a technical question — by writing it into its instructions, like the rest of its behavior.
What it does not do
It does not give each lead a number or decide for you whom to call: it leaves you the conversation, the stage and the reason so you can decide. It does not make phone calls or send messages on its own either; it answers whoever writes to it and lets you know.
It is a way to reach every prospect sooner and stop losing the ones who write after hours, not a way to put sales on autopilot. Closing, negotiating and the relationship stay with you.
With your CRM, if you already have one
You do not need a CRM: the pipeline in your dashboard is enough to get started. If you already use HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce or Kommo, you can connect it on the Pro plan and up so your AI employee creates contacts and deals there.
Your AI employee works on your website through a widget, through a QR code or through a direct link on every plan, and on Telegram on the Pro plan and up. It is the same AI employee everywhere, so leads end up in the same pipeline wherever they came from.
